Why I’m Building Differently This Spring

March 03, 20263 min read

There are seasons in life when you maintain.

And then there are seasons when you decide.

This spring feels different for me.

Not louder.
Not frantic.
Not reactive.

Intentional.

When I first started my Mary Kay journey 12 years ago, I was a single mom working as a waitress. I didn’t start because I was trying to build some big empire. I started because I needed options. I needed flexibility. I needed income that didn’t depend on someone else’s schedule. And deep down, I needed to feel strong again.

What I discovered wasn’t just product.

It was confidence.
It was community.
It was the realization that beauty could actually build something bigger than lipstick and skincare.

It could build security.

Over the years, I’ve met hundreds of women. Busy moms. Working women. Women quietly carrying more than anyone sees. Women who love the products. Women who wish they had more margin. Women who are capable of more than they believe.

And this year, something shifted in me.

I don’t just want to maintain what I’ve built.

I want to build stronger.

I want to grow intentionally.
I want to lead more boldly.
I want to help more women create options for themselves and their families.

Not hype.
Not pressure.
Not “boss babe” energy.

Steady growth.
Faith-led leadership.
Security that strengthens women from the inside out.

Because here’s what I know:

Confidence changes how a woman shows up.
Income changes how a woman breathes.
Community changes how a woman believes.

And when those three come together?
Everything shifts.

This month happens to open a door that doesn’t open often.

For the month of March, women can start a Mary Kay business for just $10 instead of $35. It’s digital-first. It allows women to begin earning 30% through their online shop right away. And when active, they unlock 50% product savings.

But if I’m honest…

The $10 isn’t the exciting part to me.

The exciting part is the timing.

It’s the opportunity to say:
“I’m ready for something more.”
“I want options.”
“I want to grow.”
“I want to contribute.”
“I want to build.”

Some women want better skin.
Some want discounts on products they already love.
Some want extra income.
Some want leadership.
Some just want to see if they can.

Different desires require different conversations.

And my job has never been to convince anyone.

My job is to recognize desire — and guide accordingly.

This spring, I’m stepping into a bigger season of leadership. I’m building the Glow & Grace movement more intentionally. I’m looking for women who want to grow in confidence, income, and community — in a way that fits real life.

If you’ve ever watched quietly…
If you’ve ever wondered…
If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe someday…”

This might be your month.

No pressure.
No obligation.
No dramatic leap.

Just a conversation.

Because sometimes the strongest decisions don’t feel loud.

They feel steady.

If you want to explore what this could look like for you — whether that’s loving your skin more, saving on products, or building income — simply reply “INFO” to my email or message me privately.

I’m here.

And I’m building something beautiful this spring.

With strength and dignity,
