What if I don’t like the products in the product bundle?

No worries! All products are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're not happy with any of the items in your bundle, you can exchange them for something else that works better for you.

Will you take a professional headshot for me?

Since this is a virtual program, you’ll take your own photo after following our makeup tutorial. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to provide a professional photographer, but we’ll guide you on how to get the best results with your own camera or phone.

Is the makeover session 1-on-1?

No, the session is actually a group class where we’ll walk you through a step-by-step tutorial on how to apply the products in your bundle. If you’d prefer more personalized attention, you'll have the opportunity to upgrade to a 1-on-1 appointment instead.

Do I have to have a virtual business?

It’s highly recommended to have a virtual or online-based business because the portfolio is marketed virtually to people all over the country. If your business is confined to a specific geographical area, you might not see as much engagement or business from the portfolio.

How do I know if my business category is not already taken?

We’ve posted a list of available categories above. Once you register, your business will be the only one from your category for the duration of your 3-month membership.

Who is not eligible for the program?

The following people are not eligible for the program:

Can I use the portfolio to promote my business as well?

Absolutely! When you join the portfolio, you'll receive a digital version that you can share with your own audience, helping both you and other participants get more exposure. The more we all share, the more everyone benefits!

How do the networking opportunities work?

As a member, you’ll have access to virtual networking events where you can meet other portfolio members, share business tips, and form referral partnerships. It’s a great way to connect with like-minded women across various industries. These are usually offered monthly over Zoom.

Can I renew my membership after 3 months?

Yes, you can renew your membership by either doing another portfolio session or by referring five other professionals to join the portfolio. This way, you can continue enjoying the exposure and networking opportunities the portfolio offers.

How soon will my portfolio page be created?

Once you’ve completed your session, submitted your photo, and provided your business profile details, we’ll create and share your portfolio page within 7-10 business days.
