Welcome to Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses, doing business as Beauty That Blesses (“Beauty That Blesses,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital content, products, appointments, programs, events, coaching, consultations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or Service, scheduling an appointment, participating in an experience, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our Services.
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for participation by anyone under the age of 18.
2. Services Provided
Beauty That Blesses provides services and resources that may include:
Stress-relief education, tools, and experiences.
Whole-woman coaching and personal development support.
Digital plans, toolkits, guided audio recordings, worksheets, prompts, and other downloadable resources.
CoffeeDates messages, resources, and related programs.
Quizzes, assessments, and personalized educational plans.
Beauty, skincare, and makeup consultations or experiences.
Virtual or in-person workshops, events, and group experiences.
Personalized skincare, beauty, and lifestyle recommendations.
Optional recommendations and sales of current Mary Kay® products.
Technology consulting or other professional services when separately agreed upon.
Some Services are complimentary, while others require payment. The specific description, price, delivery method, and applicable conditions will be presented when you register, schedule, or purchase.
We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. When practical, these changes will not affect Services that have already been purchased.
3. Independent Mary Kay Business Disclosure
Lynne Gouge is an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Inc.
Beauty That Blesses and Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses are independently owned and operated. Neither Beauty That Blesses nor Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses is owned, operated, sponsored, controlled, or directly managed by Mary Kay Inc.
Any opinions, coaching, educational resources, digital products, websites, programs, or services offered through Beauty That Blesses are provided independently unless expressly identified as Mary Kay-related.
When a beauty experience or consultation includes product recommendations, those recommendations may come from the current Mary Kay® product line. Participation does not require a product purchase unless otherwise clearly stated before booking.
Mary Kay® names, trademarks, product names, and related materials belong to Mary Kay Inc. or their respective owners.
4. Educational, Coaching, and Wellness Disclaimer
Beauty That Blesses provides educational information, encouragement, coaching, and general stress-relief resources.
Our Services are not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or emergency assistance. They are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified physician, therapist, counselor, attorney, financial professional, or other licensed provider.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity, recommendation, product, or resource is appropriate for you. Consult an appropriate professional regarding any medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other specialized concern.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis-support resource immediately.
5. Accounts and Information
When submitting a form, completing a quiz, scheduling an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and current information.
You are responsible for protecting any account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your information or account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Payments
Payment for paid Services and products is required at the time of purchase unless a written payment arrangement states otherwise.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not control the security, availability, or separate terms of those providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable charge when submitting payment.
Prices, promotions, bonuses, and availability may change at any time. Changes will not alter the price of a completed purchase.
7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
7.1 Mary Kay® Products
Returns or exchanges involving Mary Kay® products purchased directly from Lynne Gouge are subject to the applicable Mary Kay satisfaction-guarantee and return policies.

7.2 Digital Products
Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases of downloadable resources, recordings, plans, toolkits, templates, and other digital content are generally non-refundable unless:
The product is defective or inaccessible due to a problem within our control;
A different refund policy was expressly provided at checkout; or
A refund is required by applicable law.

7.3 Coaching, Consulting, and Appointments
Payments for coaching, consulting, private sessions, workshops, or other scheduled Services are generally non-refundable unless a different policy is stated at the time of purchase.
Appointments may be rescheduled according to the cancellation or rescheduling policy provided during booking. Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the payment or session.
If Beauty That Blesses cancels a paid Service and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, you will receive a refund or credit for the affected Service.
7.4 Offer-Specific Terms
If an offer, checkout page, agreement, or booking confirmation provides a more specific refund, cancellation, or rescheduling policy, that policy will apply to that purchase.

8. Digital Content License
When you purchase or receive digital content from Beauty That Blesses, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use that content for your own personal purposes.
Unless we provide written permission, you may not:

Sell, sublicense, share, or give the content to another person.
Upload the content to a shared drive, membership platform, website, or social-media group.
Modify the content and present it as your own.
Use the content to create a competing product, program, service, or training.
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another participant or member of our team.

We may remove content or participants whose conduct is disruptive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content and materials associated with Beauty That Blesses—including text, graphics, branding, quizzes, frameworks, worksheets, plans, recordings, videos, training materials, and program content—are owned by or licensed to Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses and its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses, Beauty That Blesses, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Before filing a legal claim, you and Lynne Gouge - Beauty That Blesses agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and allowing a reasonable opportunity for resolution.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any offer-specific checkout, booking, or written agreement, constitute the entire agreement relating to your use or purchase of the applicable Services.
If an offer-specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the offer-specific agreement will control for that particular Service.
