Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Lynne Gouge – Beauty That Blesses™. Every purchase—whether a Mary Kay® product, digital download, or coaching experience—helps empower women to rediscover their God-given beauty. Please review the following policy to understand how refunds and returns are handled across all areas of our business.
1. Mary Kay® Products
All Mary Kay® product sales follow the official refund and return policies established by Mary Kay Inc.
Mary Kay Inc. stands behind its products sold by Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants (me, Lynne Gouge). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Mary Kay® product purchased from an authorized Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant (me, Lynne Gouge), it will be replaced without charge, exchanged or the full purchase price refunded following its return to your authorized Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant (me, Lynne Gouge) within one year of purchase date.
If I am not your consultant or, if she is no longer active, to the Company with proof of purchase.

Inactive Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant? If your Independent Beauty Consultant is no longer active in her Mary Kay® business or you are unable to reach her, your product can be returned to the Company with proof of purchase. Please contact the Customer Satisfaction Department by calling 800-MARY KAY for instructions on how to obtain an exchange or refund..

2. Digital Products & Courses (Beauty That Blesses™)
Digital items—including the Shine Bright 2026 Workbook, Shine Sister Affirmations Pack, Phone Wallpaper Collection, online courses, and downloadable resources—are non-refundable once purchased.
Because these materials are delivered instantly or involve proprietary content, all sales are final.
If you experience any technical issue accessing your files, please email [email protected], and we’ll make sure you receive everything you paid for.
3. Printed Workbooks & Physical Items
Printed items such as the Shine Bright 2026 Printed Keepsake Edition are made to order.
Once a printed pre-order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds cannot be issued.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly replace it.
4. Coaching, Workshops & Events
Fees for private coaching sessions, group programs, or live events are non-refundable, since space is limited and scheduling is customized.
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please email us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No-shows are forfeited.
5. Subscription & Membership Access
Memberships (such as The Beauty Besties Hub) include immediate access to digital resources and community content.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing date.
Partial-month refunds are not available.

7. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website with its effective date.
