These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, online stores, courses, digital downloads, printed materials, and in-person or virtual beauty services (collectively, “Services”).

By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

Mary Kay–related activities

Beauty consultations, skincare, and makeup recommendations.

Sale of authentic Mary Kay® products.

Mentoring and training of Independent Beauty Consultants on personal business growth, sales, and leadership.

Note: Lynne Gouge is an Independent Beauty Consultant. Beauty That Blesses™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing Mary Kay Inc. in any official capacity.

Beauty That Blesses™ brand activities

Sale and delivery of digital and printed resources such as workbooks, affirmations, wallpapers, and devotionals.

Coaching, courses, and community memberships (e.g., The Beauty Besties Hub).

Events, workshops, or speaking engagements.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at checkout unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

3.2 Refund Policy

Mary Kay® products follow the refund and return policies of Mary Kay Inc.

Digital products, courses, and coaching services are delivered instantly or involve proprietary content; therefore, all sales are final.
If a special refund policy applies to a specific program, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful or unethical purpose.

Harass, abuse, or harm others.

Copy, reproduce, or distribute Company materials without written consent.

Misrepresent your relationship with Beauty That Blesses™ or Mary Kay Inc.

Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical sales or recruiting practices.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access and may be reported to Mary Kay Inc.

5. Intellectual Property and Personal Use License

All content—including the Shine Bright 2026 Workbook, Shine Sister Affirmations Pack, Phone Wallpaper Collection, Beauty Besties Hub materials, text, graphics, videos, and training content—is the exclusive property of Lynne Gouge – Beauty That Blesses™ and is protected by copyright law.

You May ✓

Download and print materials you purchase for your own personal use only.

Display digital files (e.g., wallpapers, affirmations) for personal inspiration.

You May Not ✗

Reproduce, redistribute, or upload materials to any shared or public platform.

Sell, sublicense, or modify the content for commercial use.

Remove copyright notices or branding.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynne Gouge – Beauty That Blesses™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or personal results from coaching or training, nor any particular outcome from using Mary Kay® products, as individual experiences vary.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lynne Gouge – Beauty That Blesses™, its affiliates, team members, and Mary Kay Inc. from any claims or losses resulting from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation in your business activities.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of our Services signifies acceptance of any updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
